Barista's Latte is instantly delicious with only the addition of hot or cold water, and a good stir, providing a balanced nutrient profile of L-theanine, catechins, and caffeine.

Directions: Place 1 level tablespoon of powder into your mug, add 8 - 12 oz of hot or cold water and stir well. Add sweetener (or more milk) if desired.
